The Cluster Brand Experience leader is the strategic partner to the Cluster Commercial lead representing a key brand pillar along with cluster Merchandising and Marketing leads and closes the communication loop back to Global BX leadership.Lead and manage the Cluster BX teams ensuring they are equipped to drive revenue and Ebit by maximizing brand equity and sell-out, thanks to the consistent hands-on execution of the consumer experience at store level (Levi’s store, SIS, branded space) for the Levis brand.Drive compliance and consistency of the Global standards, business practices and processes across Retail stores (O&O and franchise) and Wholesale accounts.Provides BX insights for retail strategies; new and remodel stores.BE: Strategic Oversight and Leadership of:Partners with Global BX leadership on seasonal and evergreen brand strategies.Partners with Cluster Merch and Marketing leads to align Commercial leaders with global seasonal brand strategies.Communicates BE & SD&C aligned seasonal strategies across the cluster BX teams.Partners with cluster BE & SP&C teams to identify gaps from Global Seasonal Toolkits and directives.Communicates to cluster BE & SP&C teams on retail strategies and capex rollouts.Partners with Cluster Merch & Marketing leads to address gaps in product storytelling calendar to deliver an aligned seasonal calendar across the Cluster.Brief in digital needs for cluster on-floor needs and consumer touchpoint initiatives based on local nuances.Leverage digital tools and platforms from Global Digital team managing digital needs for local markets and provide insights on maturity and growth opportunities to global team.Responsible for Cluster brief roll up needs across the Markets and communication link back to Global BX leadership.Responsible for Cluster level seasonal directives and rollouts to drive consistency and brand alignment across the cluster.Hire, develop and engage a high performing cluster leadership team. Create the right forums to ensure guidelines and best practices are shared among the team.AFP: Strategic Oversight and Leadership of:Brand Cluster Store Planning & Construction Leader in AFP Work with Cluster Commercial Team.Accountable to Cluster Cost to Build – Sets PER Targets to Global Brand Models to defined business/product/ consumer segment.Accountable to Cluster Timing & Calendar– Sets Pace/Deadlines for the Countries based on O&O and Franchisee resources.Filters Cluster new product/fixture requests from countries with Global BE and Store Design and Development.Consulted: Defines and Documents Store Program with Commercial Cluster for Flagship and Beacon Stores for GREC with Global SD.Consulted: Defines and Reports POC list for innovation test and learn projects with Global SD.
Includes getting test parameters/goals to measure from Cluster Commercial team.
Real Estate:
Accountable to provide Brand insights to Cluster leadership team on Real Estate selection/ BCSP&C: ConsultedResponsible to Filter brand, consumer and product needs.Consults country commercial teams in listening to negotiate with department store requirements to define the roll out brief. Assisted when needed by Global SD/BE.Consults country commercial teams in listening to negotiate with franchisee partners Global SD/BE. Assisted when needed by Global SD/BE.Accountable:
Monitors and Reports Cluster Capex Actuals to Estimated rollup by country.Manage planning and tracking of Cluster initiatives with Country level teams.Satellite of Global BE/SD/CS teams on Flagship, Beacon and POC store formats within Cluster.Real Estate – in person site review for key projects, part of team to meet the LL to pitch design, listen to comments, offer potential solutions.Anticipate and Communicate Risks to Time and Budget.Filter/Pushback on Cluster Commercial when requests are not in the lens of the consumer and AFP.Monitor and report the POC innovation streams to Global, Cluster and Country.Construction:
Strategic Planning for Construction for Cluster’s Countries.Accountable Qualifying Cluster O&O GC’s with GSS for Countries.
Quality Control- Franchisee GC’s for Countries.
Development Consultant -Reporting on Fixture Vendor/OFI performance to Global SD and GSS.Fixture Inventory Management to Cluster AFP: quarterly projections.Years and Type of Experience Required:Bachelor’s Degree preferred (10+ years Retail work experience).Leader in driving results.Drive deployment and adoption of materials.Action planning skills.Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, Autocad.Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and consumer insight.Exceptional financial acumen and retail math.Effective ability to influence and engage cross functional partners.Forward thinking, solution oriented.Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Business Level of English Language).Prior supervision & management experience.Excellent time management skills.Key partners & Interaction:Internal Cluster Cross Functional and Leadership teams along with Global BE/BX & SP&C leadership.Internal Team: Cluster BX team; SP&C team, BE & BE Coms, Market Field DM and Store managers.External (if applicable): agencies, production houses and vendors.LOCATION
