This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term growth, flexible hours, and the potential for stock options and bonuses-bringing total compensation into the upper $80Ks to low $90Ks .
Key Responsibilities:
- Design of plumbing and fire safety systems (water piping, sewage, specialty piping)
- Site visits for surveys and predesign planning
- Construction documents and submittal reviews
- Ensure compliance with codes and project standards
- Construction observation and field verification
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 2-4 years of plumbing design experience
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- EIT preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Location: Austell, GA (100% onsite)
- Schedule: Flexible start (6:30-9:00 AM), 8-hour days
- Compensation: $60K-$70K base + bonus + stock options
- Travel: Minimal/local only
