We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Director - Design to assist in leading our talented team of designers (this role is not a people manager) in delivering innovative design solutions that align with our company values and drive success for our clients. Who You Are Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 6 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency setting. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and creating a positive impact Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects Preferred: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
