Position Overview :

We are seeking a creative and analytical thinker who has a strong background in marketing and management. The ideal candidate is someone who can see themselves working up to becoming Chief marketing officer as the company scales quickly by working alongside the CEO. This person makes things happen and will have measurable stats that are tied to the increased revenue of the company. This position needs someone who knows how to lead a team with collaboration and is excited about leading projects, campaigns, developing innovative strategies to create strong results that meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the CEO to review
• Work closely with the CEO and dev team and collaborate on executing various marketing objectives
• Develop and manage the overall marketing department budget
• Oversee and manage the content creators, public relations, influencers and digital marketing agency to ensure key performance indicators are met
• Increase website and app conversion rates
• Create, execute and track sales campaigns and email marketing that will increase sales
• Ensure marketing spend has an overall return on investment while strategizing how to lower cost per lead / acquisition

Qualifications & Skills Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing role
• 5+ years of management / leadership experience
• 3+ years of managing e-commerce
• Experience in Direct to Consumer growth as well as omni-channel retail development
• A strong background and knowledge in designer luxury or high-end fashion
• Proactive self-starter and a team player
• Strong leader with experience in building and leading teams
• Proven track record of increasing leads, conversions and sales
• Passionate or strong interests in sustainability and designer luxury resale
