Duties & Responsibilities
Involvement in the day-to-day design and brand management by:
- Assisting with the creation of print and digital assets for branding, campaigns, social media, website, email, and in-stadium graphics.
- Ensuring the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time with attention to detail and within established brand standards.
- Staying up-to-date on design trends and sports branding to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
- Providing support to social, content, and video verticals when needed.
- Maintaining an efficient file storage process.
- Keeping the designer dashboard up-to-date and clearly communicating design timelines.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager of UX & Digital Design and Creative Director.
- Degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or equivalent experience.
- Six months of experience working in a professional environment using graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take creative direction, iterate efficiently, and develop compelling design solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for game days and special events.
- Design portfolio
- Knowledge and/or experience in the professional sports industry a plus
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including multiple concurrent projects across stakeholder groups.
- Experience working within a project management system.
- Working knowledge of Figma.
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
