Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
# Social media management and visual content production
# Edit and create print materials (ie: business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.)
# Contribute to pre-production through creative concepting and storyboarding
# Proofread documents for grammar, data accuracy, and brand standard adherence and coordinate production and delivery
# Edit existing websites using WordPress content management system
# Help produce engaging PowerPoint presentations
# Create content for email campaigns
# Assist in planning internal and external events as needed
# Strategize and implement email, social, internal intranet content calendars
Requirements:
# Bachelor’s degree
#2+ years of relevant work experience
# Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with remote colleagues
# Excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
# Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
# Minimum of intermediate-level experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
# Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
# Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
# Outgoing personality with an ability to learn new things quickly is a must.
