Title: Creative Design Director Location: Remote Duration: 18 Month Contract to Hire Compensation: $59.45 - 64.57/HR Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. As Creative Director, Design, you will drive the creative vision for our products identity across web, industry events (owned and third-party), executive-level keynotes, and our expansive technical product line. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into visually compelling narratives, and a keen eye for detail. You'll lead a team of designers, collaborate with product marketing and product teams, to ensure a cohesive, high-impact product presence across all platforms.What You'll Do:•Website Design & Experience - Oversee the design and evolution of our website, ensuring it remains visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with our identity.•Industry Events & Keynotes - Lead creative for fully owned and third-party events, with highest of priorities on executive keynote presentations, stage design, and overall visual storytelling.•Product Identity - Maintain and advance a cohesive design system for our broad product portfolio, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.•Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.•Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with product, and executive teams to align creative strategies with business goals.What You Bring:•10+ years of experience in design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role•A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web, event design, big stage executive keynote presentations, and product identity•Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and digital design best practices•Experience translating complex technical products into compelling visual narratives•Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing creative teams•Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, etc.)•Experience working in B2B technology or highly technical industries is a plus Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay 401(k) retirement plan ...and much more!
