Plan and manage 360 campaigns as well as print, digital, social, and marketing projects. Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed. Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and team members are on track to hit target dates. Track projects in Workfront. Hold status meetings. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication amongst the creative team and key stakeholders. Be solution-oriented in finding new and better ways to improve workflow and collaboration with partner teams. Required Qualifications:
4+ years of creative project management experience stemming from an advertising agency or in-house creative or marketing department. Experienced in managing 360 and/or integrated campaigns. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Proven experience in developing timelines, schedules, and project costs. Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Communications, Marketing, etc.). Available to work 4 days onsite in Miami, remote on Fridays.
