Responsibilities
As the Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making processes.
This is a key leadership role within the organization.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations.
Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to Chief Financial Officer.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and forecasts.
Provide guidance and support to accounting staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.
