Designer
to join our Beauty team! This role is responsible for creating commercially viable product designs across our
fragrance, body care, and lip categories . The ideal candidate is passionate about
beauty packaging, fashion trends, and working with different materials . Your aesthetic should be
modern, innovative, and feminine , aligning with our
Gen Z customer and brand voice . Key Responsibilities: Create
brand-right, commercial designs
that align with conceptual direction and business strategy. Interpret creative briefs and translate them into
compelling packaging designs . Generate multiple design concepts and present ideas to the internal creative team. Stay up to date and
passionate about key fashion and beauty trends . Deliver
high-quality, detailed product designs
with speed and agility. Exhibit
strong expertise in design file setup, turnovers, and color application . Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, package engineers, product developers, and concept teams. Participate in the production process, ensuring designs meet budget and timeline requirements. Effectively present designs to team members across all levels. Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure alignment with brand direction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of design experience in beauty, packaging, or a related field. Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Creative Suite
(Keynote is a plus). Exceptional design talent with a
strong commercial eye . Ability to
implement feedback quickly and seamlessly
in a collaborative team setting. Deep understanding of
beauty-specific product design, turnover file setup, and color application . Strong familiarity with the
beauty market landscape and trends . Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a
creative problem solver . Excellent
communication, presentation, and collaboration skills . What to Expect in This Role: You’ll be one of
three members on the Beauty design team , working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Daily
virtual and in-person collaboration , including team meetings and design critiques. A mix of
self-managed design timelines, market research, and trend analysis . Hybrid work schedule:
2-3 days a week onsite in Manhattan, NY
