We're seeking a Videographer/Photographer Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be working alongside our creative team to bring our wellness message to life through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Setup and Breakdown
   • Set up and break down cameras, lighting fixtures, tripods, microphones, and other equipment.
   • Check equipment functionality and ensure batteries are charged.
   • Organize cables and secure equipment to prevent damage.
2. On-Set Assistance
   • Assist with lighting setup, including adjusting light stands, gels, and modifiers as directed.
   • Position props and manage set elements for a smooth shooting experience.
   • Hold reflectors or light diffusers to achieve the perfect lighting.
   • Act as a "camera operator" when needed, capturing backup footage or specific angles under the direction of the photographer/videographer.
3. Logistics and Organization
   • Transport equipment to and from shooting locations.
   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
   • Assist with talent management, including cueing actors or subjects.
4. Technical Support
   • Check camera settings and image quality on the monitor.
   • Take light readings and adjust camera settings accordingly.
   • Manage memory cards and back up footage.
5. Client Interaction
   • Assist with client communication, answering basic questions and coordinating logistics for shoots.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting principles, and audio recording techniques.
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring accuracy during shoots.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with the photographer/videographer and clients.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust quickly to changing on-set situations.
• Portfolio/Reel Required: Please provide a portfolio or reel showcasing your videography/photography work when applying.
