Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate social media strategy, manage posts, and engage with followers.
2. Help design promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, and online content.
3. Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, including uploading new content.
4. Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
5. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
6. Assist in organizing and promoting events such as webinars, conferences, and product launches.
7. Support in managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance reporting.
8. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is preferred.
2. Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: $17.8 - $24 per hour
