You will execute internal business requests, ensuring on-target, timely, on-budget, on-brand delivery of marketing collateral. You will tap into your outstanding project management and business communication skills to achieve the highest possible standards in marketing service. Using your knowledge of the business challenges, you will provide communications solutions and project management execution. Participating in creative development, you will ensure that the final output is on the mark. In addition, you will provide project management follow-through and accurate delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and maintaining solid business relationships; encouraging a collaborative approach with departmental team members.
Educating businesss on cost savings and opportunities aligned with their marketing efforts.
Partnering with outside agencies to manage businesss’ promotional and marketing efforts.
Writing creative briefs on complex projects and interpret them for project teams to lead communication strategies and implement marketing efforts.
Collaborating on creative development and direction with business, design, and production teams.
Providing feedback to the project team during internal creative reviews.
Presenting concepts to business, obtaining feedback, and translating that feedback for the project team.
Reviewing business change requests and responding with schedule/cost impacts and alternatives.
Managing expectations with business and departmental teams.
Negotiating timelines and budgets, ensuring that all deadlines are maintained.
Representing the interests of the business in interactions with project teams.
Ensuring all regulatory, legal, compliance, and branding guidelines are followed.

You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business.
Three or more years of experience in a project management role in an external or internal agency.
Successful track record at business service in a marketing or creative environment.
Advertising agency project management experience, including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, promotions, TV, and radio.
Knowledge of the benefits of the above communication channels, with the willingness to match the channel with the business’s communication need.
Willingness to lead cross-functional teams through idea generation and assessment of ideas generated by others.
Relationship-building skills.
Willingness to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Crisis management skills, resourcefulness, and solution-oriented abilities.
Creative project management skills, high organization, and willingness to multitask effectively.
Willingness to gain business trust and effectively manage business expectations.
Strong understanding of the creative process, as well as design and print/web production.
Where you’ll be working In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $81,000.00 and $150,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
