The Senior Managers of Visual Marketing spearhead the dynamic development and seamless execution of visual and in-store marketing strategies across all existing and new stores within designated formats. What You'll Do
Lead both the creative direction and operational aspects of the assigned division, overseeing visual and in-store marketing initiatives.
Spearhead the strategy and execution of internal creative design services, encompassing signage, branding, and graphic design.
Deliver precise guidance and meticulously proofread visual marketing directives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Executive, Merchandising, Store Design, Construction, and Operation teams.
Drive ideation and copywriting for print and digital projects, leading by example in creative excellence.
Mentor teams of various levels, fostering an environment conducive to producing exceptional work.
Efficiently manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Provide oversight and approval of work from direct reports, maintaining alignment with the overall creative vision.
Lead window installations and in-store displays, enhancing brand presence and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Visual Merchandising Manual and digital training program.
Establish departmental policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Spearhead the design and procurement of fixtures and visual displays.
Collaborate with the Commercial team on supplier income-based programs.
Partner with the Visual NSO team to implement new fixtures, programs, or signage for new or remodeled stores.
Manage all aspects of graphic design, communications, and branding.
Fulfill supervisory duties, including hiring, firing, performance management, and coaching of departmental staff.
Uphold the mission, vision, core values, and organizational health of the company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
AA or BA degree in a related field.
8+ years of extensive experience in visual merchandising presentation and in-store marketing design.
2+ years of expertise in guiding both static and dynamic digital design initiatives.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
Proven track record in managing visual and in-store marketing across diverse retail sectors.
Ability to inspire and develop staff.
Experience in creating, planning, and executing visual marketing standards.
Adept coordination skills to orchestrate merchandise presentation programs.
Understanding of fiscal planning, tracking, and reporting.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking skills.
