Job Title: SEO Program Manager
Location: Cupertino, CA- Hybrid schedule
Duration: 12+ month contract- 40 hours/weekly
Pay Rate: $80.65-85.65/hour
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for shaping the organic search strategy for the company's products and services across several of their digital platforms, including but not limited to their marketing site.
• Manage the organic search feature backlog and bring SEO projects from ideation to production with different developer teams.
• Work with interactive team to ensure new product sites are optimized for SEO from the moment of launch.
• Regularly analyze search trends and provide insights and opportunities for the company.
• Pioneer AI readiness by adapting the SEO approach for AI search experiences.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge content strategies to ensure content is optimized for AI search environments and conversational interfaces.
• Responsible for meeting SEO revenue targets by implementing relevant optimizations to their website in collaboration with the regional marketing leads.
• Work closely with other program managers to continuously find new business opportunities.
• Develop appropriate KPIs for SEO-related projects and create reports to communicate performance.
Key Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience with SEO for a global enterprise or digital agency.
• Solid experience managing complex international, large-scale, and time-critical projects.
• Expert understanding of the latest SEO best practices across all significant worldwide search engines.
• Excellent communication skills, especially an ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
• Expert understanding of SEO analytics. Ability to define program metrics and collaborate with analytics on program reporting.
• Understanding of AI Search and behavior of all major AI answer engines and agents. Awareness of new user journeys with AI search.
• Knowledge of content strategy and copy optimization techniques.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
