Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Direct message the job poster from 24 Seven Talent 24 Seven is partnering with a top global sportswear client to help them find a Lead Creative Producer for this hybrid position in Portland, OR. This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend working 4 days a week onsite. While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick hours and more. Ideal Candidate: will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing, Design, or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in brand or design operations. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking a Lead Creative Producer to drive complex projects from brief to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to brand standards. This role involves managing briefs from Brand partners, building workback schedules, overseeing budgets, and producing content across all assigned workstreams. You’ll maintain clear project visibility, collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges, and escalate issues to the Studio Director as needed. As a Global Creative Producer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative output to Geo partners on schedule. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON • Manages and drives projects within the creative studio – Global Brand Creative Retail • Knowledge of retail workstreams across store design, seasonal design and seasonal store design. • Drives marketing process, to ensure work moves forward, creative reviews gates are hit and assets are delivered on time and within allocated budget • Project tracking, vendor relationships and contracts, budget management, POs and invoicing, escalating risks, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with their peers to share best practices • Communicates risks, opportunities and solutions to partners and stakeholders • Fosters positive ways of working and implements strategic solutions to keep the workstreams on track • Manage and facilitate a variety of creative projects, with a focus on retail marketing assets • Engaged in the creative process from end to end: briefing, creative development and reviews, and asset delivery • Manage vendor/contractor relationships, partner with our legal team to establish contracts and maintain usage rights • Develop timelines and ensure our team is on track to reach these milestones • Maintain organization and version control across all project documents • Fine-tune creative briefs with key stakeholders and be the source of information when critical questions come up throughout the life of the project. • Forecast creative resourcing needs based on incoming requests and stay close to team bandwidth WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH They will also be responsible for partnership, communication and problem-solving with Creative Studio teammates, cross functional operations partners, Leadership, Geos and external agencies.
