Marketing Manager

Location(s):

Seattle, WA

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as project lead for the Business Reshape flagship event (B2B event) and GTM plan.
2. Oversee work of event workstream leads (e.g. content, event operations, sponsorships, email marketing, etc.) and lean into execution when needed.
3. Create and manage documentation of project progress (via written documents) with contribution from workstream leads.
4. Directly accountable to Head of Global Events and Experiences.
5. Provide consulting and direction to workstream leads regarding event marketing best practices, production, sponsorships, expo, and content.
6. Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements Payments, as well as seller and solution provider websites.
7. Create collateral and tools for events.
8. Collaborate with agencies and vendors on deliverables; directly oversee vendor deliverables.
9. Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance events and improve performance.
10. Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
11. After project lead returns, conduct hand off of work and perform execution of final event management requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
2. 10+ years of Marketing experience with a focus on events.
3. Program/project management skills required.
4. Airtable experience would be preferred.
5. MS Office, Salesforce, CVENT experience preferred.
6. Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity.
7. Needs to have a builder mindset (won’t have a plug and chug model). Will be looking at better ways to do things.
8. Corporate Event Management.

11. Experiential design.
12. GTM Planning & Execution.
