We are seeking a talented Social Media Strategist to join our team and help us elevate our online presence. As the Social Media Strategist at 8z, you will be responsible for creating social content to enhance our brand reach, engage our audience, and amplify our agent’s profiles. As a member of the marketing team, you will lead on overall social strategy, create a compelling mix of content, post and manage our social media channels, and analyze performance metrics with a mindset of continual improvement. In addition, you will liaise directly with agents, creating content on their behalf and advising them on best practices.  Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Create engaging content - both the creative and copy - for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Manage and maintain 8z’s social media profiles, including posting content, responding to comments and messages and engaging with complementary accounts/profiles. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Develop clearly-defined pillars and a content calendar to ensure thoughtful and comprehensive coverage of both 8z and industry news, updates and listings. Develop industry-related content specifically for 8z agents, covering a range of themes. Serve as a liaison to agents on social media best practices and some content creation.  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies. Monitor social media metrics and analytics, utilizing insights to augment our strategy.  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. At least two years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in a real estate or related industry. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging vertical video content, leveraging creative storytelling, motion graphics, and eye-catching visuals to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.  Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Knowledge of marketing and branding principles. High level of proficiency in social media design, management tools and analytics platforms. Professional development opportunities and ongoing training to support your growth and success.
