Responsibilities

• Monitor comments and messages on all social media pages.
• Create engaging social content to incite engagement and inquiries.
• Increase participation and revenue across departments, including group fitness and personal training.
• Coordinate social media initiatives, giveaways, and contests.
• Report daily metrics and complete monthly analytics.
• Work remotely during grand opening weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media (preferred).
• Video filming and editing skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Drive programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
