We're seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy and brand development for our AI employee platform. You will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you'll establish our brand voice, develop compelling messaging, and create campaigns that position CozmoX AI as a leader in workplace productivity. This role offers the opportunity to shape the market perception of an innovative AI platform in an exciting startup environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds awareness, drives demand, and supports revenue growth for our AI employee platform. Establish our brand identity, voice, and positioning in the marketplace, creating a compelling narrative that resonates with enterprise customers. Lead content marketing initiatives including thought leadership, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos that showcase the value of our AI platform. Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns that deliver qualified leads to the sales team. Build and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and ROI. Collaborate with product teams to develop effective product marketing strategies, including messaging, competitive analysis, and value proposition refinement. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Lead website development and digital presence, ensuring our online properties effectively communicate our value proposition and convert visitors. Represent the company at industry events, speaking engagements, and press opportunities to increase visibility and thought leadership. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team as the company grows, developing specialized functions in content, digital, and product marketing. Core Skills Strategic Marketing: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable results Brand Development: Experience building and positioning technology brands in competitive markets Demand Generation: Proven track record of creating campaigns that drive qualified leads and conversions Content Leadership: Expertise in developing compelling content that establishes thought leadership and supports the buyer journey Analytics & Optimization: Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and continuously improving marketing performance Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles at B2B technology or SaaS companies. Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth and user acquisition. Strong experience with demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing for enterprise technology products. Track record of building brand identity and positioning for technology companies, preferably in emerging or competitive categories. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the skill to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling benefits. Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI across various channels and initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus. Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate business impact. Preferred Skills Experience marketing AI, enterprise software, or productivity tools to business audiences. Background in product marketing with the ability to effectively position and message technical products. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Experience building marketing functions in high-growth startups or scaling companies. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies for B2B audiences. Familiarity with account-based marketing approaches for enterprise customers. Public speaking experience and comfort representing the company at industry events. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Why CozmoX AI?
