To make every step of the customer journey-from "Where do I sign up?" to "I'll never leave US Mobile!"-a delightful, data-informed masterpiece. What You'll Do:This isn't your average marketing role. You'll own the customer experience, weaving creativity and strategy together to ensure every interaction builds trust, loyalty, and excitement. Here's how: - Tell Better Stories: Dive into our customers' journey and craft marketing moments that speak to their needs-whether it's showing them how to get the most out of their plan or surprising them with a perk they didn't see coming. - Know their Wants Before They Do: Use data to uncover what makes our customers tick.
