Go to next pageOur client, a DTC apparel brand, is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to join their team in NYC!
Develop and lead comprehensive retention marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for enhancing retention and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and eCommerce teams to align retention strategies with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
Oversee the development and implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and measurable results.
Create and present performance reports, highlighting retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth.
6+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses.
~ Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus.
~ Experience managing or developing loyalty programs.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes.
