6+ years of experience in retention marketing, with a strong focus on D2C businesses.
~ Experience with platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive a plus.
~ Experience managing or developing loyalty programs.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for measurable outcomes.
