You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, entering orders, and resolving artwork and technical issues. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Answer incoming calls. Route calls to specific people and take messages as needed
- Check incoming email and respond to all inquiries
- Receive orders from email.
- Act as a liaison between graphics team and customers to communicate order status as well as any potential changes and problems.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minor Graphic Design functions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with basic graphic design terminology or knowledge of photoshop / illustrator is beneficial but not required.
