Client Partner

with a strong background in the

Telecom industry

to lead and grow strategic client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for telecom clients, ensuring delivery excellence, revenue growth, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires deep telecom domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and a consultative selling mindset. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end

client relationship management

for key telecom accounts (e.g., wireless, broadband, fiber, or cable providers). Act as a

trusted advisor

to CXOs and senior business stakeholders. Drive

account growth

through upsell, cross-sell, and new project identification. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure

on-time, high-quality delivery

of IT/consulting services. Lead

RFP/RFI responses , strategic pitches, and contract negotiations. Align client’s telecom business goals with

technology & digital transformation initiatives . Track account performance, revenue targets, and profitability. Drive

renewals , customer satisfaction (CSAT), and reference-ability. Stay ahead of telecom trends (e.g., 5G, OSS/BSS, SD-WAN, AI, cloud migration) to propose innovation. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years in client-facing roles; at least

5 years in telecom vertical . Proven experience working with clients like

AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Charter, or similar . Strong understanding of telecom domain:

networking, OSS/BSS systems, enterprise services , etc. Experience in

IT services, consulting, or managed services delivery . Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence decisions at

VP/CXO level . Seniority level
