Job Title: Software Developer (UX Designer)

Project Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer (Short Term, Remote) to enhance the user experience of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across digital products.
• Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Apply UX best practices, focusing on usability, navigation, and interaction design.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user engagement.
• Ensure designs are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers to align UI/UX designs with front-end implementation.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions.
• Incorporate feedback and make iterative improvements to designs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience Level: Senior (3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows (preferred).
• Ability to incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and approaches.
