Senior UX Designer

Location: Burbank - California (Hybrid – Tues-Thurs in-office)

Duration: 12 Months

Project: Our team builds user-centric B2B, B2C and POC digital products for a high-profile media company. From landing pages to robust business portals, we turn detailed requirements into intuitive and powerful experiences. This role requires you to provide User Experience and Design services to the entire company, creating and improving engaging products used daily by employees and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design Thinking Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with design thinking methodologies and frameworks. Ability to facilitate design thinking workshops and guide teams from ideation to prototyping.
2. Documentation / UX Artifacts: Excellent documentation skills for capturing session outputs, observations, and results clearly and comprehensively. Ability to create detailed, visually appealing reports and presentations that convey insights effectively (e.g., Personas, User Journeys, Flow Maps, Affinity Maps).
3. UX/UI Design: Ability to translate complex requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Must also be versed in Visual Design, Design System, Branding/Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Mobile Native Design, and Responsive Web Design.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, design, product, and development teams to integrate findings into projects. Adaptability to work in diverse team environments and respond to changing project needs.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings; ability to identify key patterns, insights, and trends from user feedback and data.
6. Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think outside the box and guide teams toward innovative solutions; flexibility to pivot and adapt processes based on new insights during the analysis phase.

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in professional UX development.
• Excellent visual design skills demonstrated in portfolio.
• Advanced knowledge in Figma for prototyping and design.
• Experience in designing enterprise software, particularly internal software.
• Ability to apply branding elements in design.
• Experience in making visual or other representations of data to communicate with stakeholders and clients.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Background in Media or Entertainment.
