Location: Cypress, Texas

We’re looking for a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and internal communications. If you're creative, proactive, and highly organized, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact!

What You'll Do:

1. Manage social media (LinkedIn, etc.) and website updates
2. Support event coordination for employee and client events
3. Assist with marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
4. Maintain content calendars and distribute internal communications
5. Help plan internal events and employee engagement activities
6. Support onboarding efforts, internship programs, and company merchandise store

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or relevant experience
2. Strong social media, website management, and design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contact)
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
4. SEO, analytics, CMP, and CRM experience is a plus!
5. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
