- Equipment Installation:
- Installing and setting up audio, video, and network devices (e.g., cameras, monitors, microphones).
- Mounting equipment like cameras and monitors securely in designated spaces.
- Running and securing cables to ensure proper connectivity.
- Commissioning and Testing:
- Ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and meets the required standards.
- Testing AV systems to ensure they work as intended (audio quality, video resolution, etc.).
- Certifications:
- Certifications, such as those in AV installation (e.g., AVIXA CTS or similar), networking (e.g., CompTIA Network+), or specific equipment certifications (e.g., Sony, Crestron, QSC, or Extron), may be required or beneficial in certain jobs.
