JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company goals and objectives.
It requires a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape, market trends, consumer behavior, and data analytics to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing and product to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences, drive measurable outcomes and positively impact the customer experience.
This role is Hybrid: On-site, Stamford 4 days. 1 Day Remote
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Define and manage marketing strategy for the Entertainment vertical.
- Work with team to define target audiences, positioning, and messaging to achieve company goals and objectives; and plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams like marketing and product to ensure alignment in positioning, messaging, and overall strategy.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and areas of opportunity. Translate competitive insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Stay current with emerging marketing trends and technologies, incorporating new tools and strategies into the marketing plan to drive innovation and results.
- Guide content strategy across all marketing channels ensuring alignment with overall strategy and brand voice.
- Demonstrates passion and acts as a Brand ambassador.
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development of creative campaigns
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
- Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to identify ways to incorporate AI into workstreams.
- Ability to work independently and make recommendations and decisions autonomously
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to motivate and supervise others
Required Work Experience and Number of Years
Industry experience in telecommunications, marketing, technology or related industries - 4 years
Experience in managing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns - 4 years
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of television and streaming services, Internet and mobile products and services.
