Overview
We are looking for a Sales Expert to join our international team based in our Milan office. The successful candidate will drive business growth, expand Dassault Systèmes’ footprint, and achieve revenue targets within the 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA domain. This role involves close collaboration with our channel sales teams and partners across the Southeast region.
You will be responsible for generating growth in key areas aligned with Sales Initiatives defined by Brands and Industries, with a specific focus on ENOVIA Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related solutions.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the success of the ENOVIA brand within our partner ecosystem through direct action with partners and customers on sales efforts, education of the channel on solutions and applicability to customer use cases and management of the sales pipeline for the ENOVIA brand in the EUROMED geography.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA, showcasing its value across disciplines and industry segments within both existing and new accounts.
- Work closely with our Indirect Sales team to share insights, support enablement, and drive new business development activities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Carry a sales quota while working closely with sales representatives and resellers to identify, plan, and execute business opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline by collaborating with Partners to create targeted sales initiatives and address customer needs and business objectives.
- Define and implement Go-To-Market strategies for the specialization and diversification of our offerings and initiatives.
- Support Partners in sales activities, including sales blitzes, customer visits, and account roadmap development.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field (a background in economics is also valued; an engineering degree is a plus but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of design and manufacturing concepts and processes.
- 5 years+ of experience in partner channel management roles and/or sales.
- Experience in Partner Ecosystem Management, with the ability to guide and support resellers in achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Project Management (Document Management would be considered a plus).
- Strong understanding of industry portfolios and market dynamics.
- Excellent sales acumen with the ability to identify, communicate, and maximize value for clients.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive results in cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build lasting relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a strategic approach to closing deals and achieving business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales processes and customer needs.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in both English and Italian.
