Overview
Principal Red operations facilitator, assisting the Red lead and planning team. Conduct open source and classified research to analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures for realistic enemy presentation. Provide leadership and management in accordance with the Joint Planning Process to develop coherent Red plans that meet objectives. Organize, manage, and facilitate Red participant activities to achieve game goals. Manage Red data collection during events. Lead post-game analysis and draft wargame reports. Assist in data management, coordinate Red force structures, and ensure accurate representation in systems. Contribute to wargame design, including scenarios, force structures, and objectives. Support development and dissemination of post-game outcomes for leaders and stakeholders. Participate in non-AF wargames if directed. Assist with staff taskings/actions as assigned. Required Skills:
U.S. Citizenship due to sensitive customer requirements. Graduate degree with at least 14 years of experience in an Air Force operational unit (squadron or group level). Active security clearance, Top Secret/SCI eligible or higher. At least 2 years of experience above Wing level (e.g., CCMD, MAJCOM, AOC). Minimum 2 years of experience in wargaming, concept development, operational planning, or strategic assessments. Knowledge of the Joint Planning process. Experience leading mission planning teams. Ability to travel as needed. Desired Skills:
Experience in adversary operations or graduate of Advanced Study Group or Weapons School. Knowledge of GameNet Wargame Information Environment (WIE).
