About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Studio Manager/Personal Assistant to join our styling studio in Beverly Hills. You will directly support a renowned fashion stylist who works with A-list celebrities, prestigious European fashion houses, and private clients globally. This is a unique opportunity to build your career in the luxury fashion industry while developing professional relationships with influential figures in entertainment and fashion.

Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensively manage the studio operations and environment
• Organize and maintain the stylist's calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling
• Serve as the primary liaison between the stylist and the agency
• Create quarterly budgets for studio expenses and maintain accurate financial tracking
• Develop project estimates, monitor expenses, audit completed projects, and prepare final invoices
• Recruit, schedule, and manage styling assistants, including time tracking and payroll processing
• Collect and organize image assets post-project for portfolio development
• Update the stylist's personal website and prepare engaging social media content
• Establish and refine systems and processes to ensure seamless project execution
• Anticipate needs and provide solutions before problems arise

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (personal assistant, producer, or studio manager)
• Exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong mathematical aptitude and excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Flexibility to work across different time zones when required for international clients and projects
