Following our successful UK launch, we are bringing TOCA Social to the U.S., starting in Grandscape in Dallas, Texas. This is more than a venue-it's an experience. We're seeking an ambitious and versatile Sr. Marketing Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves, drive buzz, and help us successfully launch and grow in Dallas-with the potential to scale with us nationally.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand on the verge of U.S. expansion and make an immediate impact. You will be the boots-on-the-ground marketing lead, managing all aspects of local marketing-from grassroots partnerships to content execution, in-venue experiences, and launch strategy.
Your Mission
Launch TOCA Social Dallas and make it a destination. You'll be responsible for creating buzz, driving foot traffic, and building deep community engagement, with a marketing playbook tailored for Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution:
Lead go-to-market planning and launch execution for TOCA Social's first U.S. venue. Localize and adapt brand messaging, campaigns, and creative to resonate with U.S. and DFW audiences. Own in-venue marketing efforts including signage, event support, and promotional materials. Content & Channel Management:
Support content strategy across social, email, and paid channels in collaboration with UK-based Social Media Manager and Marketing Executive. Develop and execute local campaigns that highlight the venue, activations, events, and brand moments. Partnerships & Community Engagement:
Build partnerships with DFW-based soccer clubs, leagues, supporter groups, and schools. Activate influencers, ex-players, and media personalities to amplify awareness and credibility. Coordinate soccer watch parties (World Cup, MLS, Premier League, Champions League) to drive fan engagement. Brand & Buzz Building:
Execute grassroots initiatives and collaborate with local agencies, venues, and creators. Drive local PR and experiential activations that create word-of-mouth and media attention. Be the face of TOCA Social locally-attending events, hosting VIPs, and embodying the energy of the brand. Who You Are
Dallas-Focused: You've spent at least 5 years in the DFW market and deeply understand the people, places, media, and culture that drive influence and foot traffic. Marketing Generalist with Hustle: You have a strong foundation in marketing (hospitality, entertainment, or venue-based preferred) and aren't afraid to get hands-on. Culturally Connected: Passionate about soccer, events, lifestyle, or social entertainment. You know what makes fans, guests, and communities tick. Strong Communicator: Comfortable connecting with everyone from board members to local creators and youth leagues. Collaborative Leader: You can manage up, across, and down-aligning with internal teams while owning your lane. Growth-Ready: You're ready to scale your role and responsibilities as we expand nationally. Bonus Points For
Experience in companies like Topgolf, Dave & Buster's, Main Event, CineMark, Studio Grill, or similar consumer/venue brands. Background in sports or fan engagement marketing.
