Location: Atlanta, GA or Minneapolis, MN
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and work closely with our clients, internal team and third party vendors. The ideal candidate understands existing system implementations, creates documentation, provides support, and works on the OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva) and Stellaris DIA StatePro to meet client needs. The candidate is open to learn new technologies and is a quick learner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency and experience working with:
- OpenText Intelligent Capture (Captiva) Designer, Database Components, and Web Components (Version 23.4).
- OpenText Intelligent Capture Client Components (ScanPlus, Completion, Administrator Console).
- Stellaris DIA StatePro (Version 14.3).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of OpenText Documentum (preferred).
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and work on the existing OpenText Intelligent Capture system and Stellaris DIA StatePro, including tasks on client PCs and servers.
- Create and update Capture Flow processes.
- Collaborate with clients and external vendors during the migration of Intelligent Capture to other products.
- Monitor logs and perform health check for errors and performance improvements, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with client teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
