This position offers the chance to contribute, learn, and grow from day one.Office Administrator ResponsibilitiesServe as the face of our Mountain View headquarters, ensuring a seamless office experience and acting as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries.Oversee daily office operations, including reception duties, handling inbound voicemail and mail processing, managing outbound shipments, and maintaining office supplies.Manage the office food program, including inventory management of snacks, beverages, and supplies, as well as coordinating the company lunch program.Work with Facilities Operations vendors to ensure top-tier service and maintain a world-class office environment.Lead employee experience initiatives, such as furniture reconfiguration, artwork installation, and interior design enhancements.Provide HR support, including I-9 verification, managing ticket queues, coordinating interviews, and organizing physical and electronic files.Marketing Coordinator ResponsibilitiesMarketing Asset Management & Logistics - Oversee the ordering, shipping, and inventory tracking of marketing materials to ensure timely delivery for events and campaigns.Email Campaign Support - Assist in the creation, testing, and deployment of marketing emails, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and compliance with best practices.Marketing Analytics & Reporting - Build and maintain reports in Salesforce, Tableau, and Marketo to support campaign targeting and post-campaign analysis, providing actionable insights.Lead Data Management & Processing - Import, clean, and segment marketing lead lists to maintain data accuracy within CRM and marketing automation platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Demand Generation teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and efficient lead handoff to the Business Development (BDR) Team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, energetic, and proactive approach.Proficiency with G-Suite or Microsoft Office and other business applications.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.High level of professionalism, capable of engaging with senior executives, staff, customers, and visitors.Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects independently and respond quickly to urgent needs.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Why Menlo?Our culture is collaborative, inclusive, and fun!
