This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area. As a Graphic Designer you will play an important role in the effectiveness of our overall marketing efforts and a new internal creative team within the company. Working cross-functionally, this role will develop assets for Sono Bello throughout the consumer journey including graphics and assets for social media, in-center, the website, and additional marketing initiatives as needed. Digital asset management, photograph editing, and layout design are a requirement. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with a wide array of stakeholders and personalities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in a cross-functional design for a range of channels and audiences paid/organic social, email, digital/print ads, decks, digital marketing design, and web design. Incorporate marketing learnings and initiatives into new creative tests for email, advertisements, SMS marketing and landing pages Maintain and manage company servers and digital assets for internal and external use. Consistently research, identify, and share current industry design trends as they relate to the brand Work with manager on development of photoshoot shoot strategy boards and execute editing and intake of new assets Maintain all brand guidelines Work with manager on development of shoot strategy boards for presentations Strong understanding of typography and graphic design principles Familiarity with new digital enabling technologies High level of conceptual thinking - strategic thinker, as well as doer Influencing ability to promote creative solutions and new ideas Creative, insightful, and interested in beauty, health and innovation EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: 2-3 years of relevant experience working in graphic design (experience in the health and beauty space is a plus) Requires a BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar degree Online portfolio that demonstrates strong understanding of typography, layout, and digital design best practices Animation and video editing abilities, including Premiere and After Effects knowledge Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom - Illustrator and PremierPro a plus Proficient in animation and GIF creation for social or web Foundation in design with exceptional skills in font usage, typography, and layout Experience with online media and social networks (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok etc.) Digital experience including website, emails, social media, and marketing best practices General knowledge of production workflows and procedures Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Expert organizational and project management skills Knowledge of videography, photography, or editing is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to model Company values Willingness to take on new projects that are not covered in the job description Ability to travel as required Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays. COMPENSATION: This is a Non-exempt position with an hourly range of $29.00 - $36.00/hour, depending on experience.
