Or Masters degree and 5 years of sales & marketing operations and/or data analytics experience Or Bachelors degree and 7 years of sales & marketing operations and/or data analytics experience Or Associates degree and 12 years of sales & marketing operations and/or data analytics experience Or High school diploma / GED and 14 years of sales & marketing operations and/or data analytics experience Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing incentive compensation plans. 6+ years of sales leadership or sales operations experience in a large and complex organization. Functional Leadership : Ability to drive and influence incentive compensation design strategy to deliver sales force results in support of brand strategy. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of incentive compensation principles, practices, and trends, and the ability to apply them aligned to brand strategy and sales force dynamics. Strategic Thinking : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate and improve the incentive compensation plans. Executive Presence : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners. Highly Organized : Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities while ensuring precise coordination between onshore and offshore teams operating across a large time difference in order to optimize turnaround times. Excellent Communication : Convey information clearly, accurately, and succinctly to a diverse audience. Collaboration : Ability to work effectively across various stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for design strategy. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $132,999.00 to $188,215.00. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
