LaSalle Network is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand development, packaging innovation, and multi-channel marketing campaigns for a growing CPG company. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand's identity, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, from packaging to digital marketing. Brand Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and loyalty Oversee the development and execution of packaging designs, ensuring brand consistency, shelf appeal, and compliance with industry standards. Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and traditional media Work closely with product development teams to ensure new product launches align with brand positioning and consumer expectations Conduct research to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform branding and packaging decisions Partner with sales, R&D, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and product lines Monitor key brand and packaging performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies Oversee external partners, including creative agencies, packaging suppliers, and media agencies, to ensure high-quality execution of branding and marketing initiatives Brand Marketing Manager Requirements: ~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field ~5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry ~ Proven experience in packaging development, including design execution and collaboration with creative teams ~ Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and digital marketing strategies ~ Experience with retail and eCommerce marketing ~ Excellent project management and creative problem-solving skills ~ Brand Marketing Manager Why Join Us?
