This position is responsible for the development of compliant, persuasive, and technically accurate content for proposals and marketing collateral, ensuring it meets company standards.

Responsibilities:

Content Development and Optimization: Draft, revise, and finalize new technical content for proposals, including sections on project approach, methodology, and team qualifications.

Collaboration: Conduct interviews with engineers and technical experts to gather detailed information needed for proposal content. Work closely with proposal managers and graphic designers to integrate visuals with written content, enhancing readability and impact.

Proofreading and Editing: Review and proofread resumes, project descriptions, and other technical documents to ensure grammatical accuracy and consistency with company standards.

Document Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of proposal templates, technical content, and reference materials.

Content Formatting: Apply company-specific formatting and style guidelines to documents, ensuring they meet professional standards before submission.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience writing and editing technical material (AEC industry preferred)

Strong technical writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of creating clear, concise documentation and interacting with employees at all levels of the organization

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Flexibility in adapting to changing work assignments and team needs

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships and work collaboratively within a team environment

Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines
