Work closely with agencies to build search plans for Everyday and Seasonal campaigns on retailer.com (Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Target, Instacart etc.) to drive incrementality
Ensure Brand priorities and Sales priorities are aligned before briefing agenciesEducate agencies on brand objectives and customer priorities to stay aligned with internal goals
Ensure Retail Media Digital plans are in-sync with in-store executionsBuild executional strategy to drive Sales volume and support Sales teams with initial plans for sell-inBuild a Test & Learn program and repository of best practices to establish a gold standard of Retail Digital marketing execution within FerreroServe as an internal Retail Digital marketing expert to champion and advocate the importance of eComm via continued education and knowledge sharingMonitor and analyze competitor/external activities on digital-centric initiatives (innovation/communication) identifying best practicesBuild a strong partnership with Brand teams to keep them aware of upcoming campaign launches, ongoing performance and performance resultsIncorporate Global office guidelines into executions to remain consistent with other markets and Ferrero standards

Who we are looking for:
3+ years of eCommerce digital marketing experienceMust have experience with launching and optimizing Search campaigns on retailer.com (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart etc.)Knowledge of Shopper Marketing/In-store marketing a plusCPG industry experience a plusMust have team-management experience or agency-management experience to be successful in this roleA strong performance driver with performance marketing mindset to maximize efficiency using innovative approachesStrong story-telling ability to make recommendations and steer decision making via education/knowledge sharingPassion for Digital Marketing and eCommerceHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
