The SkyMiles Program is a key foundation for the multi-billion-dollar Delta SkyMiles American Express Card portfolio, one of the fastest growing, highest margin businesses within Delta. The team is driving consistent double-digit portfolio growth, anchored by our record-breaking card acquisition, with more than a million customers choosing to take out a Delta co-brand card each year.
Senior Analyst, Direct Marketing will help us continue above-industry growth and 1M+ customer sign-ups per year.
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: 1) A customer first mind-set, with creative ideas for how to personalize marketing to their needs 2) Organized and detail oriented with a track record of successful project management 3) Understands the importance of data and reporting, tracking results in real time and optimizing from them.
The Sr. Analyst, Co-Brand Acquisitions Direct Marketing will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns for Delta’s U.S.-based Co-Branded Credit Card portfolio in partnership with American Express, with a goal of growing new customer acquisition via email.
Responsibilities:
Partner with American Express, agencies and Delta Marketing teams to develop email marketing campaigns Collaborate with internal and external teams and successfully plan and deliver on large scale/high priority campaigns on time Utilize strong analytical skills to assess performance by extracting and evaluating complex data and turning it into concise and actionable recommendations Responsible for day-to-day channel execution, including campaign timing, project managing assets (creative development and approval) and monitoring performance Influence channel marketing strategy in conjunction with key partners and stakeholders
