About The Role:

The Community Manager is responsible for increasing brand awareness, relevance, adoption and loyalty through the successful use and management of its community. OluKai's Community Manager will own ambassadors, influencers, bloggers, tastemakers, VIP relationships and collaborations with the company's mission of building the best footwear brand in the world. They will work cross-functionally across the organization with other marketing members, the product and the sales teams, in order to bring the OluKai 'ohana to life.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage and grow our community/ambassador/influencer program inclusive of budget ownership.Manage contracts inclusive of renewals and deliverables for all ambassadors.Work with community/ambassador/influencers to multiply our reach to their audience through strategic seeding.Drive trackable traffic through influencer programs to achieve specific company traffic goals.Strategize and execute influencer marketing across all social media platforms to drive to specific company traffic goals.Manage calendar for ambassador program inclusive of photoshoots, posting, and events.Collaborate, support, and coordinate community content procurement with cross-functional internal teams.Recruit and build strong relationships with relevant influencers in golf, pickleball, fishing, outdoors, Hawaii, surf, travel, cooking, and art.Create new, creative approaches to engage influencers and integrate them with company initiativesOwn ambassador engagement on company social ads and content.Establish and execute influencer seeding programs.Partner with the international regions to drive global alignment while capitalizing on key market trends.Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:5-7 years of brand/influencer marketing requiredBachelor's degree requiredExperience with event managementAble to present concepts and lead internal teamsMust be passionate about leadership and have strong presentation skillsMust be a self-starter and highly motivatedStrong organizational skills expected as well as project planning abilities, timeline management, & interpersonal skillsAble to work professionally with flexibility in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentMust possess strong presentation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills requiredDemonstrate a passion for premium product and brand buildingTeam player attitude requiredExperience with Asana is a plusMust be an awesome human passionate about being surrounded by other awesome humansThis is an in office position when you are not traveling: Mandatory 4 days working in office with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays.
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
Location: This is an in-office position, minimum of 4 days per week in office with the option to work from home 1 day per week, in Irvine, CA. This work schedule is subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
