Global eCommerce Principal UX Program Manager at HP Inc. in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Summary The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager supports the development and delivery of online shopping experiences on . As part of the User Experience (UX) design group, the senior individual contributor in this role coordinates workflow and architecture of processes and tools for the Agile product teams. The Principal E-Commerce Program Manager should have strong business operations, leadership, and communication skills; familiarity with Agile product teams; and a background in ecommerce design, product management or project management. Responsibilities + Leading process and workflow governance for the UX and UI design teams + Enabling product teams to develop and drive web experiences that result in significant and measurable improvements in shopper experience, purchase conversions, and revenue + Providing product teams and leaders with dashboards and notifications critical to tactical progress and strategic prioritization + Leading project planning compliance with new web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws + Developing productive internal/external working relationships and providing guidance to ecommerce designers, product managers, developers, and other team members Education & Experience + Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate work experience. + Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in web design, software product management, project management, or a related field.
