Position
We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented UX/UI Web & Graphic Designer (Remote or Hybrid) to join our team. Under the direction of the Design Manager this role will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Iterating design and UX solutions site-wide while maintaining WCAG and ADA compliance.
- Taking strategies and solutions from Design Manager or Senior Designers and executing them in live environments.
- Reviewing Jr. Designers’ published pages for mobile response and general QA.
- Taking coaching and constructive feedback from the Design Team Manager and other design team members.
- With guidance from the Design Manager, describing and pitching creative concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Design Manager to develop personal goals in support of the larger team and department goals.
- Building design aspects of customer applications within codeless apps.
- Creating element, row, or page templates that can be utilized across websites.
- Continued functions and tasks of Jr. Designers as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.A. or equivalent in an art/design with at least 1 year of post-graduation design experience in the areas of graphic design, web design, or UX/UI OR at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, web design, or UX/UI if no BA or equivalent in art/design has been earned.
- Experience working with design and publishing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and WYSIWYG web builders, WordPress, Elementor, and HubSpot.
- Experience designing web pages, and display ads for either B2B or B2C products/services.
- Experience designing within legal team’s compliance and for strategies of Product Marketing Managers.
- Experience designing for web within WCAG and ADA compliance.
- All required skills and abilities of a Jr. Designer.
- Strong understanding of design concepts and their execution in common media and marketing channels.
- The ability to assess and estimate time to completion on tasks and assets.
- Understanding and ability to work within an Agile Sprint process.
- The ability to professionally accept, implement, and give constructive criticism to improve the work of oneself and others.
- Communication skills within the design team and among other adjacent professionals.
- Digital file & layer organization skills, within design documents and asset storage for the facilitation of collaborative design work and file sharing.
- Design and business vocabulary to express concepts, pitch ideas, and articulate intent of design decisions.

Compensation Range: $65k/yr - $85k/yr
