Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Creative Services, the Production Artist will be located in Mooresville, NC. We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Production Artist or Associate Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of visual assets across digital and print platforms. Great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of online product descriptor pages (PDP) and support marketing materials, including social media content.
- Work from existing templates to prepare the final digital artwork.
- Resize, retouch, and adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and copywriters to meet project deadlines
- Maintain organized file systems and follow version control processes
- Support larger design projects as needed
- Utilize a project management system to execute projects
Required Education and Experien ce:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
(or equivalent experience) - Some experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design direction
- Basic understanding of digital asset requirements and print production
- Good time management and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- A portfolio showcasing design work (student or freelance projects accepted)
- Knowledge of Figma and InDesign is a plus
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding
