Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to design and create custom outfits tailored to their professional and personal needs.
- Understand the CEO's style preferences and develop designs that align with their image and the brand's identity.
- Design, construct, and sew custom garments for the CEO based on selected designs and input, ensuring high-quality finishes and proper fit.
- Create sketches, patterns, and prototypes for approval before finalizing each outfit.
- Source materials, fabrics, and embellishments to craft high-quality, polished pieces.
- Alter and adjust existing wardrobe pieces as needed to maintain a cohesive and versatile collection.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and integrate modern, innovative elements into designs.
- Ensure all outfits are functional, comfortable, and appropriate for a range of occasions, from formal meetings to media appearances.
- Organize and maintain the CEO's wardrobe inventory, including care and management of created pieces.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Fashion Design, Fashion Manufacturing, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, and Marketing is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative and analytical mindset with an ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for design and personal branding.
Salary Description
$13-$20/hr
