The Monogram Design Coordinator will be accountable for the organization and management of our in-house monogramming and personalization services from design development to implementation in our Romeoville Distribution Center .
What you'll do...
Partner with our cross-functional product design, merchandising, sourcing and supply chain teams to ensure all personalization goals are being met.
Collaborate with the Creative and Design teams to establish quality and reliability standards for flawless execution of embroidered personalized products.
Review and confirm design/location to be produced matches art approval.
Provide ongoing consultation to creative stakeholders in the development and execution of creative solutions for personalization and monogramming services.
Read and thoroughly understand personalized orders to determine product material, design information, style/color, location, threads, and any other notes form the customers.
Run samples of personalized product for design leadership approval by taking and sharing photos as needed.
Coordinate the routing, batching and prioritization of customer orders for personalized items to our in-house personalization area of the Distribution Center.
Perform all job tasks assigned by the department leadership staff to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals.
What you'll bring...
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and familiarity with design terminology
Experience using Pulse software
Strong visual design skills with an ability to execute under the direction of other designers
Detail oriented, with a keen eye for aesthetic quality and strong sense of typography
Ability to use design and web technology
Strong organizational, time management and project management skills - able to manage multiple projects and meet all necessary deadlines
Ability to work in a highly collaborative cross-functional team environment and partner with business stakeholders and other designers
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptiveness
Ability to problem-solve creatively
