Architectural Drafter Designer for Interiors

We are looking for an experienced architectural CAD Drafter to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. You should have experience in all aspects of an interior design project's implementation process and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Create the most detailed and consistent 2D shop drawings and architectural drawings for interior design projects
- Work on the small scale of an individual object to the large scale of entire residential developments
- Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems and review with architects and designers
- Follow specifications and calculations to create architectural drawings for construction, millwork, and furniture
- Prepare, review, and redraft drawings with your project team
- Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
- Impress our clients with your detailed and flawless work product
- Work on multiple projects at the same time and maintain deadlines
- Communicate effectively with our architects, designers, and project managers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience working with detailed CAD drawings
- Expert knowledge of sophisticated 2D software such as AutoCAD , Rhinoceros, 3DS Max, and knowledge of the Adobe product suite
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering, and architecture
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- Flexibility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and changing priorities
- Organizational skills in managing parallel tasks
- Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to draw manually is favorable, but not essential
Proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
