The Fountain Group is currently seeking a UX Design Researcher for a prominent client of ours.This position is located in Burlington, MA . Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: $33.65/HR to start W2 12-month temp to hire (Hybrid position - 3 days in office, 2 days remote) We are seeking a talented and driven Design Research Contractor to join our design team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding and representing the voice of the customer throughout the product development cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating and moderating consumer-facing studies, analyzing qualitative data, providing actionable design requirements for internal teams, and aiding in the development of innovative products. Responsibilities include: Lead and moderate consumer-facing research studies, including interviews, focus groups, and usability tests. Ensure that research sessions are conducted smoothly and effectively to gather relevant user insights. Develop research materials including Collect, analyze, and synthesize qualitative data from research studies. Identify key trends, patterns, and user needs to provide actionable insights for product development. Translate research findings into clear and actionable design requirements for internal teams. Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure that user needs are integrated into the product development process. Develop research reports based upon studies conducted to share with the broader organization. Manage your own projects on-time with process transparency Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience user experience/psychology background focusing on trend patterns, data analysis Minimum Bachelors degree required. Portfolio or samples of work required. Strong communication and collaboration skills
